Products are shipped by the Sellers, using their own means or partner carriers. This page explains how delivery works.
1. Areas and times
- Each shop sets the areas it serves. Whether delivery to your address is available, the estimated time and the price are shown on the product page and at checkout, before you confirm the order.
- Times are estimates provided by the Seller; a guaranteed shipping date may appear on an order agreed in the chat.
2. Delivery fees
Fees depend on the shop, the area and the delivery method, and are shown separately in the order summary. Free delivery only applies where stated.
3. Tracking
Each step (confirmed, being prepared, shipped, delivered) appears in your account and is notified to you. When a parcel is handed to a carrier, the carrier's name and tracking number are shown. You can also track an order without logging in from the Track my order page.
4. Handover and delivery code
- A delivery code is attached to your order. Only give it to the courier once the parcel is in your hands: entering it confirms delivery.
- Check the parcel's condition on handover. If it is damaged, report it quickly from your order (with photos).
5. Cash on delivery
Where the shop and area allow it, you pay the courier. Delivery fees may be requested online when ordering. Refusing an ordered parcel without legitimate reason may lead to this payment method being restricted.
6. Delay or failure to deliver
If the Seller cannot deliver on the planned date, it must inform you; you can then cancel and be refunded in full. A product delivered late may be returned within 15 days (see the Returns policy).
