Loyalty and referral programme

The Androria programme rewards your loyalty with Points, and referrals with coupons. The values below are those in force on the Platform.

1. Androria Points

Other actions that earn points (for example daily check-in or posting reviews), the scale and daily caps are always shown in your "Androria Points" area: only the earnings shown there apply.
Purchase points: each paid order earns 1 point per full FCFA [to be completed] of the item subtotal (excluding delivery and taxes), up to [to be completed] points per day. They first appear as “pending” and become usable when the payment is released to the Seller, at the end of the protection period after delivery (on receipt for cash on delivery).
If the order is cancelled or refunded before then, pending points are cancelled; if it is refunded afterwards (dispute), that order's points are taken back from the points you have left, without your points balance ever going negative.
Each point is worth an FCFA [to be completed] discount. Usable from [to be completed] points, up to [to be completed]% of an order amount and the cap shown at checkout.
Validity: [to be completed] days for purchase points, [to be completed] days for reviews, [to be completed] days for daily check-in, [to be completed] days for referrals. Expired points are lost; their expiry date is shown in your area.
Points are personal, non-transferable and cannot be converted into money.

2. Referral

Your referee gets a 5% discount on their first order of at least FCFA 10000.
You receive a benefit (points and/or coupon) once their order is validated, under the conditions shown in your "Coupons & referral" area.
Self-referral, multiple accounts and any scheme to obtain undue benefits lead to the benefits being cancelled and may lead to account suspension.

3. Changes to the programme

Androria may change or end the programme. Points already earned remain usable until their expiry date; any change is announced in advance.
