Reviews, reels, statuses, comments and messages bring Androria to life. These rules apply to everyone, buyers and shops alike.
1. What is prohibited
- Hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing content; violence, nudity or sexual content.
- Fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, reviews of products not bought, reviews posted by a shop on its own products.
- False or misleading information; impersonation.
- Phone numbers, links or payment methods meant to close a sale outside the Platform: you would lose payment protection.
- Content infringing others' rights (music, images, trademarks) or privacy.
- Spam and repeated solicitations.
2. Promotional content
A reel or status posted by a shop to promote its products is advertising: it must be clear, honest and consistent with the prices actually charged.
3. Messaging
Messaging is for exchanges related to purchases. Messages may be read by the Androria team to mediate a dispute, for security and to fight fraud.
4. Reporting and sanctions
Report content with the "Report" button (reels and comments) or to customer service. Depending on severity: removal of the content, warning, restriction of features, suspension or closure of the account. You can contest a decision with customer service.
