Androria respects intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyright, designs, patents) and asks Sellers and users to do the same.

1. What is prohibited

Publishing or selling counterfeits; using without permission a trademark, logo, photos, texts, videos or music belonging to others (including in reels and statuses).

2. Report an infringement

A right holder (or their agent) can write to [email protected] stating:

  • their identity and contact details;
  • the right concerned and proof of ownership (e.g. trademark registration);
  • the exact link to the content or product concerned;
  • a description of the infringement and a sworn statement that the information is accurate.

3. Handling

We review the notice and promptly remove manifestly unlawful content. The Seller concerned is informed and may respond (counter-notice); the content may be restored if the infringement is not established.

4. Repeat infringements and abuse

Repeated infringements lead to the shop being suspended or closed. An abusive or false notice may engage its author's liability.
